On the Cost Estimator for production weeks does it mean how many weeks the show performs or how many weeks the show and rehearsals are combined.

Hello. I understand that the full version of Miss Saigon is restricted but is there any way or form of performing a concert version? Are the right to perform a concert version available?

Will the right for Miss Saigon be available after the current tour closes or after? If so when is a possible date?
