Les Misérables is the world’s longest running musical – a true modern classic based on Victor Hugo's novel and featuring one of the most memorable scores of all time. The multi-award-winning Les Misérables is as groundbreaking today as it was when it first premiered in London in 1985. Featuring updated orchestrations based on the Tony-nominated 2014 Broadway revival, Les Misérables School Edition also includes new support materials including a Reference Recording for rehearsals, an enhanced Director’s Guide and an expanded Study Guide. 

In nineteenth century France, Jean Valjean is released from years of unjust imprisonment, but finds nothing in store for him but mistrust and mistreatment. He breaks his parole in hopes of starting a new life, initiating a lifelong struggle for redemption as he is relentlessly pursued by police inspector Javert, who refuses to believe Valjean can change his ways. Finally, during the Paris student uprising of 1832, Javert must confront his ideals after Valjean spares his life and saves that of the student revolutionary who has captured the heart of Valjean's adopted daughter.

Concert Selections for Les Misérables

Concert Selections are original Broadway orchestrations and exciting new symphonic arrangements of select songs for use in concert performances. Concert Selections are the perfect way to give audiences a taste of the musical theatre experience without the sets, props and costumes.

Pricing is for individual songs only.

Amateur

A$99.50 for 1st five minutes (Base Hire rate) 

A$19.00 per minute thereafter (to a maximum of 40 minutes for Small Rights works)

The minimum Base Hire period is 2 months which is calculated from the date required to the first performance date. 

Extra months are charged at 25% of the hire fee per month or part thereof.  

A 50% discount of the Base Hire fee is available for 2nd and subsequent performances provided the fee is not less than the Base Hire rate (amateur only).

If your order requires immediate processing, a A$44.00 Priority Fee per work is applicable.

About on campus Les Mis Jr. Presentation

We are students studying at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. We would be performing on our school campus auditorium. My question is: 

A STUDENT in Israel is anyone from 18 to 23 in age. Does that age factor fall within your definition of student production? Is the fact that these performers are ALL students in university  performing on campus allow them to perform the School Addition of Les Mis. In a previous production several years ago you allowed this to happen, as Israeli " students" are all post army service.  Can you once again confirm your permission to perform?
