A Killer Party: A Murder Mystery Musical is an online, performance-ready show based on the successful 9-episode streaming musical which took the musical theatre world by storm. This hilarious and irreverent send-up of the classic Murder Mystery features an all-star creative team that includes music by Jason Howland (Little Women), lyrics by Nathan Tysen (The Burnt Part Boys), and a book by the illustrious Kait Kerrigan and Rachel Axler.

When Varthur McArthur, the artistic director of a failing theater in Duluth, invites his troupe of disgruntled actors and collaborators to the first read of an "immersive murder mystery dinner party," no one knew that he would be the victim. Or did they? Enter the eager, determined, and untested Detective Case. After sequestering the guests into separate rooms (because, you know, social-distancing), she gets down to finding out whodunnit, uncovering secret affairs, life-long grudges, backstage drama, and a lot of musical theater song and dance. Sifting through lies and red herrings and a truly baffling murder mystery script left by the deceased, Case vows to find the truth and secure her future as a great detective.

Concert Selections are original Broadway orchestrations and exciting new symphonic arrangements of select songs for use in concert performances. Concert Selections are the perfect way to give audiences a taste of the musical theatre experience without the sets, props and costumes.

Amateur Rates

A$126.50 for first five minutes (Base Hire rate)

A$24.00 per minute thereafter (to a maximum of 40 minutes for Small Rights works)

A$35.00 Booking Fee

The minimum Base Hire period is 2 months which is calculated from the date required to the first performance date.

Extra months are charged at 25% of the hire fee per month or part thereof.

A 50% discount of the Base Hire fee is available for 2^nd and subsequent performances provided the fee is not less than the Base Hire rate (amateur only).

If your order requires immediate processing, a A$70.00 Priority Fee per work is applicable.
