Billing

Based on the novel by Dean Pitchford

Requirements

You must give the authors/creators billing credits, as specified in the Licence Agreement, in a conspicuous manner on the first page of credits in all programs and on house-boards, displays and in all other advertising announcements of any kind. You agree to supply to the Licensor full details of all such material for Licensor’s approval prior to printing and distribution and supply two (2) copies of the program after printing.
Percentages listed indicate required type size in relation to title size.

The Underlying Work credit and the names of the Composer, Lyricist and Bookwriter shall be equal in size, type, coloring, boldness, and prominence. No billing shall appear in type larger or more prominent than the billing to the Authors except for the title of the Play.
With respect to stage productions, the following credit shall appear on the title page of the Playbill or equivalent house program and in advertisements (including posters, window cards and house boards) in which full production credits are given:

In advertisements of 1/4 page size or less, or where only the title of the play, performance dates and venue are provided, the following "shortened billing" is permissible:

In accordance with the Dramatic Performing Rights License, all publicity materials (posters, programs, etc.) MUST include the following credit:

Licensed exclusively by Music Theatre International (Australasia).
All authorized performance materials are also supplied by Music Theatre International (Australasia).

In addition, all press releases and press kits MUST indicate the production is licensed by
Music Theatre International (Australasia).
The videotaping or other video or audio recording of this production is strictly prohibited
