Rose Caiola is the conceiver and co-bookwriter of Freckleface Strawberry The Musical, the world premiere of which she produced Off-Broadway at New World Stages. A three-time Tony Award® winning producer, she is known for co-producing Broadway shows such as An American in Paris, The Color Purple, All the Way starring Bryan Cranston, The Elephant Man starring Bradley Cooper, and Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf. Ms. Caiola began her career as a dancer and actress, and is a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, the League of Off-Broadway Theatres and Producers, and The Broadway League. She is the founder and executive artistic director of Manhattan Movement & Arts Center, a state-of-the-art performance facility near Lincoln Center, and Manhattan Youth Ballet, one of the country's premier classical ballet academies. She would like to dedicate Freckleface Strawberry to children everywhere, especially Benny and Sasha.
