In an effort to reduce our reliance on paper-based processes, MTI is excited to announce a change in how you will receive your refund statements going forward.
MTI is no longer sending out physical refund statements with your refund check, but you will now have access to the refund statement in a digital format.
Once you receive your check, you can reference the corresponding statement in your MyMTI account.
Instructions on Finding Your Refund Statement Online:
- Click on this link mtishows.com/statements, and after logging in to your MyMTI account, you will be redirected to your account's statements page.
- In addition, you can always find your statements by clicking on the ACCOUNT OVERVIEW drop down menu and select FINANCIAL OVERVIEW.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and there will be a section called RECENT STATEMENTS which will allow you to view your REFUND statements.
