Switching who pays for our school's contract

Hi there, 

I hope you are all well!

My school is no longer affiliated with the organization that used to pay for this program.  We just got a grant (The Matisse Foundation) who will be paying for our schhol to participate in the Broadway Junior program for the next several years.  How do I go about changing them to the organization that you will bill?
