Would there be an accompaniment CD for Peter Pan 1954 version? Or would we need a live orchestra?

There is not currently an accompaniment CD, but I recommend exploring a hybrid option of live musicians supplemented by OrchExtra - a computer program that fills in the mising instruments needed to play the score:
